Each session of BITSAT-2024 will be of 3 hours duration (without break), comprising the following 4 parts:

All questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question with a choice of four answers, only one being correct choice. Each correct answer fetches 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark (-1 mark). No marks are awarded for questions not attempted. While the candidate can skip a question, the computer will not allow the candidate to choose more than one option as the correct answer.
There will be 130 questions in all. The number of questions in each part is as follows:

The candidate should have minimum 75% or more in PCM/PCB in aggregate and minimum 60% or more in individual subjects (PCM/PCB) in 12th class.
PCM means only the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. PCB means only the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. PCB candidates are eligible to apply only for B.Pharm. Programme.
BITS do not provide any model question paper. The BITSAT syllabus is mentioned in the brochure available at BITS admissions website (https://www.bitsadmission.com)
